Thank you for your interest in Conneaut Lake Park. We are very excited to be able to offer several opportunities to potential developers, investors, and operators. Each will be able to develop, build, and operate their particular business segment as experts in their respective fields. This approach will allow the surrounding business segments the ability to grow, support, and interact with one another thereby leading to greater potential returns for all - truly a case of where the whole can be greater than the sum of its parts.
This website has been specifically created to highlight the various business segments within the Park. Each of these areas has a history rich with success in its own right. They also have a built-in customer base loyalty and ties to Conneaut Lake Park as a whole.
We feel this opportunity is timely even in this economically trying time. We believe hard times are going to drive families back together. Families will be searching for economical destinations that are reasonably priced, attractive to a wide range of ages, offer "something for everyone," and are within easy access by automobile. Conneaut Lake Park fits all of the above and can yet expand to accommodate business travelers, conventions, training seminars, lectures, and more.
A Request for Proposal booklet is available for purchase either on the website www.conneautlakeproperties.com or by contacting the Trustees of Conneaut Lake Park, Inc. at 814-382-5115.
Proposals will be evaluated as they are received. Each proposal will be promptly reviewed, accepted, or rejected within 30 days of receipt. This will continue as an ongoing process until all of the areas have been developed into successful business segments. Please check the website to verify the availability of the segment of your interest.
If you have any questions please call Jack Moyers, Chairperson at 814-724-9058 (cellular) or email jmoyers@zoominternet.net. We look forward to hearing from you. Conneaut Lake Park will never be what it once was again... it will be bigger and better, building new memories and experiences for generations to come.
Sincerely,
Jack Moyers
